Context

Following the rebranding of the brand identity, the website redesign project focused on improving the user experience and optimizing the interface while implementing the codes of this new DA .

Leveraging user behavior analytics with Hotjar, we focused on the information architecture of the user's main contact pages, homepage, category pages, product pages and brand content pages.
The purchasing process has been retained, it had already shown its effectiveness during its redesign last year.

The entire project aimed to correct the points of friction identified to simplify navigation and understanding of products and optimize the purchasing journey.
